Ludivine Berouard
Managing Director
Ludivine is a Msc graduate in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Business Paris and Bsc graduate in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Ludivine is a problem solver, social entrepreneur and producer that enjoys thinking outside the box to achieve impact. She is passionate about training young people, supporting her team, projects and developing long term relationships with our clients. She has been based in Uganda for the past 6 years.
Naava Gladys
Marketing Manager
Naava graduated with a BA in Journalism and Communications at Makerere University. Naava is passionate about seeing this generation live meaningful and purposeful lives, as well as all things marketing! As a blog writer, podcaster, editor, and script writer herself she is essential to creating stories that inspire. She oversees the marketing team to create meaningful strategies and content and has been at Marula for the past five years.
Aron Gooris
Media Manager
Aron is a graduate from the University of Arts Utrecht (HKU). His graduate documentary about the refugees in Uganda made him fall in love with the country and portraying it in a positive light.
As the main cinematographer and editor, he is passionate about all things media and training the new talent as he oversees the creative team. He works on all client based projects and documentaries.
Davis Aturebire
Sound and Studio Manager
Davis has a Bachelor Degree in Governance and International Relations from the Uganda Christian University. Davis found his passion for media whilst interning at Marula as a project coordinator, today he has become a sound expert, project manager and manages our creative studio.
Simòn Atuhairwe
Editor & Videographer
Simòn is a Software Engineer turned Visual Content Producer and Filmmaker with a deep passion for creating impactful content, telling stories in a way that uplifts and gives meaning to the character. He is passionate about changing the way African stories are told.
Denis Mubiru
Graphics Designer & Content Creator
Denis is a Computer Science graduate from Muteesa Royal University. He is a creative designer with a profound interest in impact marketing and healthcare and their effects on individuals' lives. As a graphics designer, he collaborates transforms visual concepts into tangible experiences.
Joan Nambejja
Marketing Intern
Joan is a Procurement and Logistics Management graduate from Kyambogo University. She is passionate about personal growth, community service, running and all things digital and social media marketing. as the Social Media Intern she is using her skills to become an all around marketing professional and create a difference in the community.
Lauranne Verfaillie
Content Creator Intern
Lauranne is an International Communication Management and Journalism graduate from Artevelde University of Applied Sciences, Ghent. She has a passion for connecting with people, words, videography and music, but mostly for delivering meaningful work within the social field. As a creative, she explores many aspects such as content creation, photography, copywriting and more.
Anthony Kambale
Marketing & Sound Intern
Anthony is an avid writer, who is passionate about arts, creativity, music, and storytelling. He recently joined the team as a digital marketing intern. He hopes to share with the world more stories of Africa as he believes Africa is more than just the trees and wildlife.
Gloria Nambozo
Director & Voice Actress
Gloria is a versatile entertainment professional, actress, director and singer. At Marula she brings characters to life with her impressive vocal skills and recruits talents for our voice over recordings. She also directs our studio recording shoots.
Irene Achede
Accountant
Irene has a Bsc in Accounting from Makerere University Business School. She is passionate about all things accounting and ensuring our projects are successful and impactful. As our accountant she is responsible for bookkeeping, taxes, audits and all arrears relating to the accounting and finance section.
Tatum
Marketing & Branding Expert
Tatum is passionate about helping new social enterprises develop their strategy, brand and packaging to be able to reach the right audience. She works as a consultant with us to help launch new unique and creative brands.
